By placing an order on www.hyperspaze.in, you agree to the following shipping terms and conditions. These terms govern the shipping, delivery, and logistics of products purchased from HYPER SPAZE.

 

  1. Shipping Partner

HYPER SPAZE uses third-party logistics providers,  and authorized courier partners, to deliver orders across India.

 

  1. Shipping Coverage

Deliveries are available only within India

Orders will be shipped to serviceable pin codes as determined by logistics providers

HYPER SPAZE reserves the right to cancel or delay orders to non-serviceable or restricted locations

 

  1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day

Processing timelines may be extended during peak seasons, sales, or unforeseen circumstances

 

  1. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

Non-Metro Areas: 4–7 business days

Remote Locations: 6–10 business days

 

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier operations, weather conditions, or other external factors.

 

  1. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout

Charges may vary based on order weight, dimensions, delivery location, and courier rates

Any free shipping offers are subject to promotional terms and may be withdrawn at any time

 

  1. Shipment Tracking

Upon dispatch, customer can track the orders on dashboard and will receive a tracking ID via email, SMS, or WhatsApp

Tracking information is provided by logistics providers or the assigned courier partner

HYPER SPAZE is not responsible for inaccuracies in third-party tracking systems

 

  1. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries

Courier partners may attempt delivery up to 2–3 times

If delivery fails due to:

Customer unavailability

Incorrect or incomplete address

Refusal to accept delivery

 

the shipment may be returned to origin

Any re-shipping or additional courier charges shall be borne by the customer

 

  1. Address Accuracy

Customers are solely responsible for providing:

Accurate and complete delivery address

Correct PIN code and contact number

 

HYPER SPAZE shall not be liable for delays, non-delivery, or loss caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer.

 

  1. Damaged, Missing, or Tampered Shipments

Customers must inspect packages at the time of delivery

Any damage, tampering, or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

Complaints raised after this period may not be accepted

Resolution will be handled in coordination with logistics providers as per courier investigation outcomes

 

  1. Force Majeure

HYPER SPAZE shall not be held liable for delays or failure in delivery due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters

Lockdowns or government restrictions

Strikes, riots, or logistics disruptions

Acts of God or force majeure events

 

  1. International Shipping

HYPER SPAZE does not offer international shipping at this time

All orders are restricted to domestic delivery within India

 

  1. Right to Modify

HYPER SPAZE reserves the right to:

Modify, update, or amend these Shipping Terms & Conditions at any time

Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
