Payment, Order & Return Policy

 

*Order Acceptance & Confirmation

  • All orders placed on HYPER SPAZE are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • Once payment is successfully completed, an order confirmation will be sent via email/SMS.
  • HYPER SPAZE reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspicious transactions. In such cases, a full refund will be initiated.

*Pricing & Product Information

  • All prices displayed on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
  • Product images are for representation purposes only; slight variations in color or appearance may occur due to lighting or screen resolution.

*Payment Policy (Razorpay Integrated)

HYPER SPAZE uses Razorpay as a secure and trusted payment gateway.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit Cards & Debit Cards
  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
  • Net Banking
  • Wallets
  • Cash on Delivery (where available)

Payment Security

  • All transactions are encrypted and processed securely via Razorpay.
  • HYPER SPAZE does not store or have access to your card or banking details.
  • Razorpay processes payments in compliance with RBI and PCI-DSS security standards.

*Failed, Pending & Duplicate Transactions

  • In case of a failed or pending transaction, the amount (if debited) will be automatically refunded by the bank or Razorpay within 5–7 business days.
  • If a duplicate payment occurs, the excess amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

*Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

  • COD is available for select pin codes and products.
  • HYPER SPAZE reserves the right to restrict COD for certain users or high-value orders.
  • COD refunds will be processed via bank transfer or HYPER SPAZE Store Credit after successful return pickup and quality check.

*Return Policy

  • Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Products must be unused and unwashed, with original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • Items showing signs of damage, alteration, or misuse will not be eligible for return.

* Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Innerwear, lingerie, socks, masks
  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Items marked as Final Sale / Non-Returnable

*Refund Policy

  • Refunds are initiated only after the returned product passes the quality inspection.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to:
    • Original payment method, or
    • HYPER SPAZE Wallet, if selected

*Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are permitted only for size or color, subject to availability.
  • Only one exchange per order is allowed.
  • If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund will be initiated.

*Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed; however, returns may be requested as per the return policy.

*Right to Reject

HYPER SPAZE reserves the right to:

  • Reject returns that do not meet policy conditions
  • Block accounts with repeated COD refusals or suspicious activity

*Policy Updates

HYPER SPAZE reserves the right to modify these policies at any time. Updated terms will be reflected on the website without prior notice.
